Spring Cleaning: 3 Easy Tips

Spring is almost over and before we all jump into that summer fun, let’s be responsible and do a bit of spring cleaning in your apartment. Here are a few tips.

 

Microwave: use a mix of equal part lemon and water (or white vinegar) and microwave on high for two minutes. Any gunk inside the microwave will easily wipe away.

 

Shower head: fill a plastic bag with white vinegar and tie it over the shower head over night. Your water pressure will immediately improve.

 

Mattress: cleaning your mattress can be one of the toughest things to do. However, the easiest way is clean it is with a vodka and water mix. Add 3 ounces of vodka to 1.5 cups of water and spray it on your bed to disinfect it.
